HUB Community Platform

Terms of use

The HUB is offered to the owners of this community free of charge, and outside the community's official channels. These terms say what that means in practice.

Version of 25 August 2026

1

Who provides the HUB

The HUB is provided by creativCWe Solutions UG (haftungsbeschränkt) (“the operator”). You can reach the operator at gots@residential-iconic.es.

The company pursues no commercial interest in the HUB. It sells nothing here, charges nothing, and earns nothing from it.

2

What the HUB is, and what it is not

The HUB is a platform on which owners can organise themselves, share information and work together. Using it is voluntary and is each owner’s own decision.

It is not an official tool of the community. Nothing that happens on the HUB replaces a decision of the owners’ meeting, a communication from the administration, or any formal procedure. A survey on the HUB is a mood check, never a resolution.

The community is called ICONIC. The domain residential-iconic.es belongs to the operator and is not a domain of the community. Its name echoes the community’s, but that resemblance confers no official status on anything published under it.

3

Who may register

Registration is open only to the owners of an apartment in this community. Your registration is checked before an account is created, either against the date of your notary deed or through the personal link sent to you.

An apartment may hold up to two accounts, one for each owner. Each owner registers separately and agrees to these terms for themselves; nobody signs up on another person’s behalf. If a registration cannot be verified, it is rejected and no account is created.

4

Your account and your personal link

An account belongs to one person. Keep its credentials to yourself.

A personal registration link takes the place of the notary date as proof that the apartment is yours. Anyone holding such a link can register as that owner, so do not forward it or post it anywhere.

5

How to behave on the platform

Treat other members as you would at an owners’ meeting. Nothing you contribute may be unlawful, defamatory or deliberately misleading, and on security matters in particular, stay factual.

Do not collect other members’ contact details for purposes of your own, and do not use the HUB for advertising, canvassing or any other commercial activity.

6

What you contribute

You take part by answering surveys, raising a complaint, keeping your own contact details current, commenting, and uploading documents. Whatever you contribute remains yours, and you are responsible for it. By contributing it you allow the operator to store and display it for the purpose of running the platform, and for nothing else.

A document you upload does not become visible to other members straight away. It is reviewed first, and only then moved to a folder the community can see.

A complaint reaches its recipient under an anonymised username. In a shared document, on the other hand, other members can see who changed what.

Anything that breaches these terms may be removed.

7

Availability

The HUB is run with care but without any promise of availability. It may be unreachable during maintenance or a fault, and it may be suspended or discontinued altogether. Should that happen, you will be told in good time so that you can retrieve your own content.

Do not rely on the HUB for anything urgent. In an emergency, call the relevant service directly.

8

Liability

The HUB is provided free of charge and as it stands. The operator is liable for intent and gross negligence only. Liability for injury to life, body or health, and under any other mandatory statutory provision, remains unaffected.

Within those limits, the operator is not liable for what other members contribute, nor for a decision you take on the strength of something you read here.

9

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time and without giving a reason, under Settings → Personal Info → Delete Account, or by asking the operator to do it for you.

The operator may suspend or remove an account that seriously or repeatedly breaches these terms.

10

Changes to these terms

These terms may change as the platform develops. You will be told at least four weeks before a change that affects you takes effect, and the notice will say what is changing.

If you do not want to accept it, delete your account before that date; nothing else is required of you. Using the HUB after the date counts as acceptance. The version in force is always the one published here, carrying its date.

11

If the community takes the HUB over

The HUB is offered by the operator named above today. Should the owners’ community decide at some point to adopt it as its own, operation would pass to the community, and it would take the place of the operator named above.

You would be told before that happens, and the documents here and the privacy notice would be reissued in the community’s name. Until then, nothing on the HUB has any official character.

12

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, where the operator is established. Mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in remain unaffected.

How your data is handled is described separately in the privacy notice.
